We have made submitting samples to our lab for analysis as easy as possible. The information below will help guide you through the process.

Step 1: Collecting a sample

Generally when collecting a sample to submit to our lab, please ensure that the container or bag you are using is clean and can be secured for shipping to our lab.

• Water Samples - collect water samples in a clean and empty drinking water bottler. A 500 ml sample should be sufficient for one complete round of testing.
• Soil and Fertilizer Samples - collect these samples in a clean, strong, resealable plastic bag such as a ZipLoc bag. Try to remove most of the air in the bag to prevent bursting during shipping.
• Plant Samples - place plant samples in a clean paper bag and seal the top of the bag.

Step 2: Complete sample submission forms

Prior to submitting samples to our lab, please complete a submission form and include it with your sample when sending it to us. You can download and print forms directly from this site, select a link below:

Step 3: Ship your sample

The final step is shipping your sample to us. We recommend that you use a courier service instead of regular postal mail. Place the collected sample, completed submission form and payment in your courier package.

For your convienience we have provided a pre-printed shipping label for you to print and affix to your package.

Final Check List

Confirm that you have included the following in your package:

• Your samples in a secure container or bag
• Completed submission form(s)
• Payment (do not send cash in the package)
